PURPOSE: A timer pencil is provided to provide the timer pencil enabling to practice the time adjustment in the test which has the time limit. CONSTITUTION: A timer pencil uses an auxiliary device informing the time over using the led in using a writing instrument. The auxiliary device informing the time over uses other form besides LED(2). When reset Decade counter, it resets a counter as the other form except the way pressing the push button with a finger. A case which a pencil is put has Led and the push button. A clip is added in rear part to carry conveniently. The LED is able to show the time attached 3 or more.
