<p>A vertical microinjection machine comprises a base (1) and a driving unit, a plasticizing unit, an injection unit, a mould closing system which are arranged on the base (1), wherein the mould closing system comprises a lower mould plate (2) which is fixed on the base (1) by a bracket arranged on the base (1), an upper mould plate (3) which is movable upward and downward relative to the lower mould plate (2), and two independent mould closing drive units which are symmetrically arranged on the base. Each mould closing drive unit comprises two thrust rods (5), a transmission part, a screw rod, a servo motor (4), a square "–¡" shaped support frame and a linear guide. The servo motor (4) drives the screw rod, and then brings the transmission part to move up and down. Driven by the transmission mechanism, the thrust rods (5) open and close the upper and lower clamping plates (3, 2) so as to achieve the opening and closing operation.</p> |
