PURPOSE: An electronic apparatus with a dictionary function is provided to input a method of reading Chinese by mother tongue language, thereby searching a word corresponding to the Chinese. CONSTITUTION: A device control program of a ROM(Read Only Memory)(22) includes a system program and a communication program. The communication program performs data communication with a web server(30) or a user PC in the internet through a communication control unit(25). Various processing programs(22a) searches an entry by inputting a search string and reading and displaying various explanation information corresponding to the searched entry.
