PURPOSE: A producing method of frozen pizza, capable of freeze-storing pizza after finish cooking is provided to easily heat the pizza right before eating. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of frozen pizza comprises the following steps: kneading dough for the pizza and molding; spreading sauce on the dough, and spreading ingredients before baking; and packing the pizza after cooling, and freeze-storing. The expiration date is determined by the packing method.
