PURPOSE: A sound source generation circuit, a crystal device integrated laser telephone tap detector and a signal receiver are provided to prevent eavesdrop using laser beam. CONSTITUTION: A sound source generating circuit(13) generates a sound source preventing eavesdropping. An amplifier circuit(14) amplifies the sound volume of the created sound source. A radial vibration device(15) emits amplified sound to a glass to generate irregular vibrating phenomenon. A wireless alarm signal transmitting circuit(16) transmits an alarm generation signal including the identification number of the corresponding device to a receiver through an antenna(17).
