The invention relates to a silicate glass for modifying ceramic materials, in particular materials based on natural feldspar ceramic types. The invention is characterized in that said silicate glass is obtained by the fusion of highly pure, synthetic oxides and is ground to a powder with a grain size of 5-50 mu m, in particular 10-40 mu m. The invention also relates to the use of said silicate glass as an admixture for ceramic materials, in particular materials based on natural feldspar ceramic types and for the retroactive treatment of a ceramic material. |
