PURPOSE: A railway-vehicle power bogie comprising a semi-suspension motor is intended to restrict non-suspension mass and to hold a strong motor between the wheels of a bogie. CONSTITUTION: A railway-vehicle power bogie comprises two pairs of wheels(2) and a motor(24), a pair of the wheels are connected by a shaft to form axles(4) and the axles are connected to each other by a chassis, which comprises two or more side members(10). The side members are located on the boxes(14,14') of the axles. The boxes are arranged between the wheels of the axles, the motor is fixed to the chassis, which is extended between the wheels, the axle rotates by a coupling(32) and a reduction gear(28) and one of the boxes holds the reduction gear of the motor. |
