PURPOSE: A structure for preventing a collision between a moon pool of a ship and a transport structure is provided to prevent damage to a transport structure by installing a support unit in the bottom of a moon pool. CONSTITUTION: A structure for preventing a collision between a moon pool of a ship and a transport structure comprises hanging units(122) and support units. The hanging units are formed in the bottom of a transport structure(120). The support units are connected to the hanging units and support the transport structure. The support units have wires(132,142). The wires are wound and unwound using winding units(140) and are directly connected to the hanging units.
