摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quantitatively measure the movement of a tissue by using a tomographic image. SOLUTION: One frame image of a motion picture formed by picking up the tomographic image of a patient is displayed (S2). A mark is displayed by being superposed with a designated region of a biological tissue which needs to be traced in one displayed frame image (S3). A sliced image of a size for including the designated region is set on the one frame image (S4). At the same time, a local image having the same size wherein the matching rate of the image with the sliced image is highest is extracted by searching other frame images of the motion picture (S5 and S6). Moving destination coordinates of the designated region are acquired based on a difference in coordinates between the local image the matching rate of which is highest and the sliced image (S7).
