<p>The process for the treatment of a multi-layer covering-for a blanket cylinder of a printing machine, in which said covering comprises a caoutchouc layer and an elastomeric caoutchouc sublayer, consists in subjecting the surface of the elastomeric layer destined to the contact with the surface of the cylinder, to a surface finishing with the material having chemo-physical properties which confer to the elastomeric layer a friction coefficient in contact with the surface of the cylinder, such to attain a uniform adhesion even when said elastomeric layer is subjected to a tensioning effort.</p> |
