PURPOSE: A fiber board slate and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enhance the connecting force of scotching layers of a waste synthetic fiber without a separate connecting agent, to enhance productivity according to the simplification of a manufacturing process and to reduce the manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a fiber board slate is as follows. A first regenerated synthetic fiber of 100weight is mixed with a second regenerated synthetic fiber of 108~190weight to form a waste synthetic fiber. The first fiber comprises any one or a combination of polyethylene(PE) and polypropylene(PP). The second fiber comprises at least one of nylon based fiber, acryl based fiber, polycarbonate(PC), polyvinylchloride(PVC) and polystyrene(PS). The waste synthetic fiber is cut to a certain size and is scotched with felt and is punched with overlap felt. The punched overlap felt is heated at a temperature of 250°C and a low melting-point material is melted from the second fiber. |
