<p>The method involves comparing amount of payment with a threshold defined in a payment range after reception of payment rule transmitted from an application server (SA) based on request of a mobile terminal (TM). A message comprising data relative to the payment is transmitted to an advisor terminal (TC) if the amount of payment exceeds the threshold, so that the terminal transmits a message to the mobile terminal indicating the acceptance or refusal of payment by the advisor, where the data relative to the payment comprises data relative to nature of product i.e. payment object. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a server of controlling payment processed by a mobile terminal of a user across a telecommunication network, comprising a retransmission unit (2) a user mobile terminal for controlling payment processed across a telecommunication network.</p> |
