<p>The method involves detecting arrival and departure of a mobile terminal (16) e.g. personal digital assistant, of user in a domestic radio zone (20) of a control device e.g. home gateway (10). A message is sent by the control device through a telecommunication network for informing the detection to a managing device, where the message includes an identifier of the mobile terminal. A control to be sent and an identifier of a domestic equipment e.g. coffee machine (22) are received by the control device. The control is sent to the equipment identified by the identifier, by the control device.
