PURPOSE: A dust removal filter for removing dusts, and a dust removal device for processing cheese are provided to recycle the filter, and to remove micro dusts by spraying washing water to air. CONSTITUTION: A dust removal filter for removing dusts comprises the following: a frame(20) for maintaining the outer shape of the filter; multiple panel type filter members(30) installed inside the frame to purify air, by being curved to collide with dust inside the air. The multiple panel type filter members include a first panel, a second panel, a third panel, and dust blocking units installed in between the first and second panels, and the second and third panels .
