PURPOSE: A foam glass sheet is provided to ensure excellent thermal insulation and light penetration effects by generating a large amount of bubbles inside molten glass. CONSTITUTION: A foam glass sheet is transparent or semi-transparent foam glass with light specific gravity prepared by generating a large amount of bubbles. The foam glass sheet can be manufactured in various types and colors. A method for preparing the foam glass sheet comprises the steps of: manufacturing molten glass; controlling the viscosity of the molten glass; generating bubbles by impregnating powder using a bubble generator; and manufacturing glass articles of various types through extrusion or blowing processes.
