ORGANIC SOLAR CELL AND METHOD OF FABRICATING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An organic solar cell and a method of fabricating the same are provided to increase an optical current by improving a moving path for electronics on a photoactive layer. CONSTITUTION: A cathode(3) and an anode(5) are opposite to each other on a substrate(1). A photoactive layer(11) is interposed between the cathode and the anode. The photoactive layer comprises a donor(7), an electron-receptor(9), and a nano-structure(19). Nano-structure is electrically and physically connected with the cathode. An exciton(17) is divided into electrons and holes on the interface of an electron-receptor.
