PURPOSE: A filtration structure and a construction method thereof are provided to prevent the damage of components during a construction process, and to secure the improved durability. CONSTITUTION: A filtration structure comprises the following: a filtering tank(110) including an inlet(111) and an outlet(113); plural supporting pillars(120) formed with a metal material, including a combination bar(125) protruded on the upper center of the pillars; a strainer supporter(130) combined with each supporting pillar; a strainer block(150) with plural through holes, mounted on the strainer supporter; a strainer(160) inserted to the through holes; a filler filing the gap between the strainer supporter and the strainer block; and a binder formed on an insertion groove to insert the combination bar.
