PURPOSE: A polyvinylchloride resin composition is provided to ensure excellent physical and mechanical properties including tensile strength and shock resistance, and to improve durability and marketability of a pipe. CONSTITUTION: A polyvinylchloride resin composition comprises 65~85 weight% polyvinyl chloride resin, 5~20 weight% polyether ether ketone, 2~6 weight% calcium carbonate, 0.5~1.5 weight% carbon nanofiber, 1~5 weight% silane-based coupling agent, and 2~8 weight% radically polymerizable thermoplastic resin. The polyether ether ketone has a number average molecular weight(Mn) of 65,000~95,0000 with a carboxyl group.
