BALLAST WATER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND SHIP HAVING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A ballast water treatment system for neutralizing ballast water, and a vessel including thereof are provided to improve the maintenance and repairing efficiency by simplifying the neutralizing process without using a neutralizing agent. CONSTITUTION: A ballast water treatment system(100) comprises the following: a ballast tank(110) for storing ballast water; a sterilizing device(120) for supplying a sterilizing agent to the ballast water; and a neutralizing device(130) neutralizing the ballast water discharged from the ballast tank. The neutralizing device includes an inlet(131), a housing(132), and a filtering material(134).
