PURPOSE: A system window of a sliding and tilting integrated structure, capable of air ventilation, is provided to improve a tilting function for small scale ventilation and a sliding function. CONSTITUTION: A system window of a sliding and tilting integrated structure comprises a sash frame(100) and an indoor sash frame(200). A guide member is combined in a first guide rail. A guide roller is combined in a second guide rail. A tilt arm is combined in the first guide rail and the guide member in respective foldable mode.
