PURPOSE: A system for intelligent security and an illegal parking and method thereof are provided to implement easy installation and improve the beauty of a city by manufacturing a camera and a pan tilt to be one body. CONSTITUTION: An image information obtaining unit(110) detect the movement of an object in a monitoring region and includes a camera and a pan tilt. A controller(120) controls the operation of the image information obtaining unit. An information storage unit(130) stores a moving picture and a still image. A display unit displays the image of the object.
