PURPOSE: A power module and a display device are provided to block the electronic interference with a transformer with a back cover of conductive material such as steel plate, thereby reducing the power low of the transformer. CONSTITUTION: A back light unit(200) supports a panel(100) and includes the light. A conductive back cover(600) is combines to the back light unit. A circuit substrate supplies power to the light included in the back light unit. A plurality of support unit is supported to the circuit substrate.
