PURPOSE: A coating agent composition for isolating harmful materials is provided to ensure excellent blocking function against volatile organic compounds and antibacterial function, and to be harmless to the human body. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a coating agent composition for isolating harmful materials comprises the step of: (S10) preparing alkali ion water; (S20) forming a mixture containing alkali ion water 100.0 parts by weight, methanol 1.5-2.5 parts by weight, hydrogen peroxide 4.0-5.0 parts by weight, sodium chloride 1.5-2.0 parts by weight, isopropyl methylphenol 0.5-0.8 parts by weight and sansevieria extracts 1.0-5.0 parts by weight; (S30) forming a composition solution by heating the mixture for 40-50 minutes; and (S40) quickly cooling the composition solution. |
