PURPOSE: An automatic nipple forming machine is provided to remarkably improve accuracy of a product by using an automated method and to secure safety of a worker compared to a manual work. CONSTITUTION: An automatic nipple forming machine comprises a cutting unit(100), a chamfering unit, a fitting unit, a control controlling unit, and a drying unit. A pipe is cut by moving forward a knife cylinder(16) of the cutting unit. The inner and outer surfaces are chamfered by moving forward and backward cylinders of left and right chambering devices of the chamfering unit. A fitting work is performed by moving forward clamp forward and backward cylinders of the fitting unit. The pipe is dipped in a water-soluble anticorrosive solution tank of the corrosion controlling unit. The pipe is dried by a heater and a blower of the drying unit.
