PURPOSE: A hot air supplying device and a cloth treating device are provided to remarkably reduce pulsation and noise occurred when a heat pump is operated. CONSTITUTION: A cloth treating device(100) comprises a cabinet(110) and a hot air supplying device. The cabinet has a receiving space(112) for accepting clothes. The hot air supplying device heats air for supplying hot air to the receiving space of the cabinet and eliminates moisture from the air. The hot air supplying device is composed of a compressor, a condenser, an evaporator, and an expansion valve.
