PURPOSE: A vertical motion-type acceleration/deceleration pneumatic circuit is provided to reduce noise and damage of heavy equipment and the failure rate of products manufactured by the heavy equipment by providing a decelerating area where the reciprocating speed of an air cylinder is reduced. CONSTITUTION: A vertical motion-type acceleration/deceleration pneumatic circuit comprises a compressed air injection line(10), a main changeover valve(20), a pilot check valve(30), a detection sensor part(40), a frontward exhaust line part(50), a first sub changeover valve(60), a rearward exhaust line part(70), and a second sub changeover valve(80). The compressed air injection line is composed of first to third injection lines for injecting compressed air from a compressed air generating part(P). The main changeover valve is installed between the compressed air injection line and first and second injection lines(1,2). The pilot check valve is installed in the first and second lines between an air cylinder(S) and the main changeover valve. The detection sensor part is installed in the action radius of a rod(L) of the air cylinder. The frontward exhaust line part is installed in the main changeover valve. The first sub changeover valve is operated according to the sensing of the detection sensor part. The rearward exhaust line part is installed in the main changeover valve. The second sub changeover valve is operated according to the sensing of the detection sensor part. |
