PURPOSE: A morpholine group-introduced compound and transition metal compound using the same are provided to replace conventional metallocene catalyst. CONSTITUTION: A morphline group-introduced compound is denoted by chemical formula 1. A compound of chemical formula 2 is used as a catalyst for preparing an olefin polymer. The compound of chemical formula 2 is prepared using the compound of chemical formula 1. A catalyst composition contains the compound of chemical formula 2. The composition is additionally contains a compound of chemical formula 3(-[Al(R^5)-O]_a-), compound of chemical formula 4(J(R^5)_3) or compound of chemical formula 5([L-H]^+[ZA_4]^- or [L]^+[ZA_4]^-).
