<p>The invention relates to a hydraulic fine blanking head in a press and a method of its infeed. The invention has the task to develop a hydraulic fine blanking had for presses and a method for its infeed, which are suitable to securely prevent the axial backlash between the adjusting elements during cutting operations, to guarantee a high accuracy of the infeed as well as a reproducible repeating accuracy simultaneously increasing operational security under conditions of continuous operation. This task is solved by an adjusting mechanism (11) consisting of an adjusting nut (6) provided with an internal motion thread (12), turnable around the stroke axis (HU), a sprocket wheel (7) non-positively fixed at one frontal surface (34) of the adjusting nut (6) vertically arranged to the stroke axis (HU), a hold at the head piece (2) hydraulic motor (8) with motor shaft, a driving chain (9) running around the shaft of the motor (8) and the sprocket wheel (7), a brake (59) feedable to the motor shaft and an external motion thread (13) provided at the head (41) of the main cylinder (10) guided with axial backlash by the internal motion thread (12) of the adjusting nut (6), wherein the motion threads (12, 13) are connected via a conduit (56) for feeding fluid of the hydraulic system adjusted to a locking respectively unlocking pressure for blocking respectively unblocking the axial backlash between the threads and that the infeed of the main cylinder (10) with regard to the ram (1) is adjustable by switching on and off the motor (8) and the brake (59).</p> |
