PURPOSE: A processed coordinate synchronization method is provided, which synchronizes the whole coordinate data of an object with the coordinate system of a processing apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A processed coordinate synchronization method comprises: a 1st step of acquiring 3D coordinate data of an object; a 2nd step of fixing the object to the decided location on a processing apparatus performing processing, treating or surgical operation; a 3rd step of acquiring the extracted coordinates of a pointer as coordinates in an absolute coordinates system of the processing apparatus; and a 4th step of changing 3D coordinate data of the object including the pointer into the coordinates in the absolute coordinates system of the processing apparatus.
