FLUXA COMPOSITION FOR SOLDER

PURPOSE: A flux composition for soldering, capable of the reduction of ignitability and explosiveness, is provided to improve the removal ability of contaminants from a substrate and to reduce a failure rate on a bridge in the soldering process. CONSTITUTION: A flux composition for soldering comprises one or more rosins, carboxylic system activation reagent and solvent. The rosin is selected from one of gum rosin, disproportionate rosin, polymerized rosin, terpene phenol copolymer resin, hydrogenation second light color rosin, maleic acid modified resin and acrylic denaturation hydrogenation resin. Solvent comprises a first organic solvent and a second organic solvent. The specific gravity and boiling point of the first and second organic solvents are different.
