PURPOSE: An intelligent control device based on object recognition through a camera image analysis and a control method thereof are provided to utilize a camera and intelligent image analysis algorithm and provide the optimized view angle to the viewer by moving the TV device and display device freely up and down, right and left according to the location of human, distance and the number of people. CONSTITUTION: A camera Module(10) photographs the image of an object. An Image Processing Part(20) captures and analyzes the image photographed by the camera module. The Image Processing Part analyzes the location and the size and processes. A motor driver(40) is provided the location control signal from a motor controller and operates the motor.
