PURPOSE: A controller capable of reducing salty water manufacturing time is provided to reduce a manufacturing time of salty water because production of the salty water is performed together with water supply. CONSTITUTION: A controller capable of reducing salty water manufacturing time precisely measures a flow rate supplied through a water pipe to a stirring tank using a flow sensor(10). If the flow sensor senses the flow rate corresponding to an arbitrary set water level of the mixing tank, a sensing signal is inputted to the controller(20), a controller runs a mixer(30) and water supply and salty water production are run through a control command for injecting calcium chloride.
