PURPOSE: A light emitting device and a display device thereof are provided to simplify a manufacturing process by exposing the first part of a second electrode to the outside. CONSTITUTION: A first substrate main body(11) includes a concave part in one side. A first electrode(12) is located within the concave part. An electron emission part(15) is arranged on the first electrode. A second electrode(32) is fixed to one side of a first substrate and is spaced apart from the electron emission part. A second substrate main body is arranged to face the first substrate main body. A light emitting part is formed in one side of the second substrate main body. An encapsulating part(38) welds the first substrate and a second substrate.
