PURPOSE: A lightning conductor for emitting much streamer of electrostatic dissipation space charge using a method of an electric dipole and a function of induction discharge are provided to protect a building from lighting by inducing the lighting to the ground rapidly. CONSTITUTION: A supporting part(102) passes away lightning current to the ground. A supporting part comprises a metal material. An emitting part(104) is arranged in the supporting part and discharges ion having opposite polarity to a thundercloud. A ground charge unit(106) is arranged in the supporting part to be charged with the ground. An insulation part(108) is arranged in the supporting part to be separated from the emitter. An induction discharge unit(110) is arranged in the insulation part and guides the discharging of the ground charge.
