The product e.g. pastry (1), has a tart (2) formed by a tart paste (4) and garnish (5), where the garnish is placed on a base (7) of the tart paste. A cake (3) is placed on the garnish. An absorbing part (6) is interposed between the garnish and the cake. An edge (12) at the peripheral of the paste is perpendicularly raised, with respect to a bottom plane of the tart, from a height (13) that is less than or equal to height (14) of the cake.
