<p>The device (10) has a container (12) for storing capillary cosmetic composition. A pulverization unit (14) pulverizes the capillary cosmetic composition in form of particles. An application body (18) applies the pulverized composition particles. An outlet opening and an application unit i.e. bristle tuft (28), are provided in the application body. The outlet opening distributes the pulverized composition particles, and the application unit applies the pulverized composition particles on hair of a user. The composition is provided with an agent and an acceptable cosmetic additive. The agent is selected among fixing polymer e.g. anionic, cationic, amphoteric or non ionic fixing polymer, surfactant e.g. anionic, nonionic, cationic or amphoteric surfactant, silicone and fatty substance in an acceptable cosmetic medium e.g. non silicone organic solvent. The acceptable cosmetic additive is selected among ethoxylated or non ethoxylated fatty alcohol, perfumes, peptizer, plasticizer, wax, ceramide, pseudoceramide, vitamin or provitamin such as panthenol, proteins, antiperspirant agent, free anti-radical agent, bactericides, mineral or organic alkalizing agents, mineral or organic acidifying agents, vegetable extracts and gas.</p> |
