PREPARATION METHOD OF HERB EXTRACT AND THE HERB EXTRACT USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A method for preparing herb extract is provided to completely extract the component and flavor of undiluted solution through additional vacuum extraction. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing herb extract comprises the steps of: injecting herb leaf and water in a hermetically sealed solution tank; and stirring the mixture at 40 - 80°C for 30minutes - 4hours using a high pressure fluid circulating pump; cooling the hermetically sealed solution tank, vacuumizing it, and stirring the mixture under low pressure; deodorizing it using activated charcoal; and filtering it with a diatomite filter.
