YTTRIA CERAMICS AND MANUFACTURE METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: An yttrium oxide sintered body and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to easily remove an organic binder using a ceramic jig, and to improve the property of yttrium oxide micro powder. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an yttrium oxide sintered body comprises the following steps: wet-milling or dry-milling yttrium oxide material powder to form yttrium oxide micro powder(S110); roasting the yttrium oxide micro powder in 900~1,200 deg C(S120); drying the roasted yttrium oxide micro powder to form yttrium oxide powder(S130); molding the yttrium oxide powder for producing yttrium oxide molded body(S140); and sintering the yttrium oxide molded body(S150).
