PURPOSE: A network image forming apparatus and a method for a printing control thereof are provided to share a common user defined color table with other users. CONSTITUTION: A receiver(230) receives a user defined color table created by a host device(100-1). A storage(220) stores the user defined color table to share with the host device. A task is executed using the user defined color table. The host device comprises a table generator(140) creating a user defined color table according to the user request and a communication unit(110) transmitting the user defined color table to a network image forming device.
