The diffuser (10) has a connection (12) for connecting the diffuser to an air supply sheath. A supply conduit (20) supplies supply air to air outlets (16, 18). The outlets are fed selectively with respect to temperature of the supply air. Temperature measurement probes (30) measure temperature of the supply air upstream of the outlets. The sheath is in fluid communication with a hot or warm air heater presenting two operating modes corresponding to two distinct temperatures of the supply air, where the temperature of the supply air is estimated according to the operating mode of the heater. An independent claim is also included for a partition comprising an electrical device.
