PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spout that prevents blocking-up inside, that prevents broken fragments from mixing in molten aluminum, and that never contaminates molten aluminum. SOLUTION: The spout 1, a cylindrical spout for feeding molten aluminum in continuous casting of aluminum, is characterized in that the spout tip end 11 coming in contact with aluminum in a mold is formed of a single layer of silicon nitride-based ceramics, sialon-based ceramics, or silicon carbide-based ceramics and that the spout upper part 12 above the spout tip end 11 is of a heat insulation structure in two or three layers.
