PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological component analysis method for analyzing a biological component while avoiding complicated work by a user and without continuing attaching of a mechanism that is not used in collecting the biological component. SOLUTION: The biological component analysis method includes a process of attaching, to the skin of the subject, a collecting member for collecting and holding tissue fluid containing the biological component from a subject; a process of collecting tissue fluid from the subject to the collecting member, a process of removing the collecting member from the subject's skin; a process of supplying liquid to the removed collecting member and diffusing the biological component contained in the tissue fluid collected by the collecting member into the liquid in the storage section; and a process of analyzing the biological component diffused into the liquid.
