PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite composition having a low thermal linear expansion coefficient. SOLUTION: In this composite composition containing a resin and a fibrous filler, the mean fiber diameter of the fibrous filler is 4 to 1,000 nm; the mean linear expansion coefficient is -30 to 10 ppm/°C in the temperature region beyond Tg or the melting point of the matrix resin; preferably the fibrous filler is a cellulose fiber obtained by fining by a chemical and/or mechanical treatment; and a part of hydroxy groups of the cellulose fiber is oxidized to an aldehyde and/or carboxyl group.
