<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anterior ocular segment observation device with which the state of the endothelium of cornea is observed in detail. <P>SOLUTION: The anterior ocular segment observation device 100 forms the three-dimensional image of the anterior ocular segment of the eye to be examined, using a full-field type OCT. An image area identification part 242 analyzes the three-dimensional image and identifies the area of the endothelium of cornea corresponding to the endothelium of cornea of the anterior ocular segment. An abnormality determination part 246 analyzes an image area including the area of the endothelium of cornea and an area in the vicinity thereof, and determines, as abnormality in the endothelium of cornea, abnormality in the boundary surface of the endothelium of cornea, a layer within the cornea, and the cells of the endothelium of cornea. A storage part 244 stores the result of abnormality determination and the abnormality determination part 246 compares the result of new abnormality determination with respect to the eye to be examined with the result of a past determination stored in the storage part 244 to obtain information on the temporal change of the endothelium of cornea. The storage part 244 previously stores disease information 245, and the abnormality determination part 246 identifies a disease name corresponding to the result of abnormality determination on the basis of the disease information 245. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
