摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lactic acid sensor heightening reactivity of a sensor for lactic acid measurement constituted of an insulating substrate, an electrode system comprising a working electrode and a counter electrode formed on the insulating substrate, and a reagent layer including at least lactic acid oxidizing enzyme formed further thereon, to put it concretely, capable of heightening a current value used as a measuring signal. <P>SOLUTION: The current value used as the measuring signal can be heightened, and lactic acid can be measured accurately with high sensitivity, by including into the reagent layer, at least one additive selected from a group comprising inositol, sarcosine, betaine, glycylglycine, L-homoserine, L-proline, 2-ketoglutaric acid, malic acid, maleic acid, citric acid, fumaric acid, phthalic acid, &gamma;-aminobutyric acid and malonic acid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
