<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wound closure system and a method, which do not need the use of a mechanical mechanism and are for closing a wound. <P>SOLUTION: The system includes a housing, which is the wound closure system and is for maintaining the surrounding vacuum of the wound, and a sealing assembly, which contains a work instrument having a distal end composed so that it might be inserted into the wound through the housing and further composed so that the wound may be closed and sealed when the work instrument is pulled out from the wound. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
