<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid preparation which contains ketotifen or its salts and has improved disintegration and dissolution. <P>SOLUTION: The solid preparation comprises (a) ketotifen or its salts, (b) a disintegrator, and (c) an organic acid or its salt. Croscarmellose sodium, crospovidone or low substituted hydroxypropylcellulose are used as the disintegrator.
