PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning handle device capable of absorbing satisfactorily a dispersion in execution, to dispense with troublesome aligning work between a through hole of an outer wall part and a driving shaft, although required in the prior art, and capable of transmitting surely an operation force applied to a cleaning handle to a driven shaft in an action lever side, to operate to satisfactorily open a drain valve. SOLUTION: This cleaning handle device 28 is constituted to operate to open the drain valve by turning the action lever 34 in an inner tank 24 with a turning operation of the cleaning handle 32 provided on an outer face of the outer wall part 16, and is provided with the driving shaft 78, in a cleaning handle 32 side, attached turnably to the outer wall part 16, and the driven shaft 74, in an action lever 34 side, attached turnably to the inner tank 24 separately. Four abutting parts 100-1 to 100-4 extended radially are provided in the driving shaft 78, four corresponding parts to be brought into contact are provided in the driven shaft 74 in the action lever 34 side, and the action lever 34 is turned by abutting actions thereof when turning the cleaning handle 32.
