PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modified silicone resin foamed body having good light resistance. SOLUTION: The modified silicone resin foamed body is obtained by curing a foamable liquid resin composition which includes a curing agent having at least two hydrosilyl groups in the molecular chain, a polymer having at least one alkenyl group in the molecular chain wherein the repeating unit constituting the main chain consists of an oxyalkylene-based unit, a hydrosilylation catalyst, a foaming agent, and a light resistant stabilizer, wherein the light resistant stabilizer is a hindered phenol-based antioxidant, and a hindered amine-based light stabilizer without containing a sulfur atom, a phosphorus atom, a primary amine and a secondary amine.
