PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin hyaluronic acid degradation enzyme inhibitor which can suitably inhibit the hyaluronic acid degradation enzyme and can thereby increase the amount of hyaluronic acid in skin, and to provide the skin hyaluronic acid-reinforcing composition. SOLUTION: This skin hyaluronic acid degradation enzyme inhibitor is characterized by containing low molecular weight polyglutamic acid or a salt thereof as an active ingredient.
